Mike Cerelli
CEO & President

BiG Events, LLC is the brainchild of Michael A. Cerelli who has served the special events industry for 20 year. In addition to serving as BIG Events’ CEO, Cerelli is the company’s lead lighting designer and produces world-class special events featuring the very best in theatrical, decorative and special effect lighting; Audio; Video; and staging. Clients have come to expect precision and distinction at every event.

Over the past few years, Cerelli has become an expert on producing political campaign events ranging from town hall meetings to rally’s and airport arrivals. He has worked closely with campaigns to insure the campaign’s message is conveyed through the event set-up and production; while integrating appropriate security measures.

Cerelli has served the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of International Special Events Society (ISES) as President and Regional Vice President. He recently helped found the ISES Southern New Jersey Chapter and currently serves at its president. He has won several awards during his career including the prestigious ISES Esprit Award for Technical Production Excellence for the Lighting Boat Parade on the Delaware River.

Christopher Pez has recently joined Big Events and brings his marketing and event management expertise to the team. Christopher has managed restaurants, events as well as a thriving insurance practice in the past.

Christopher Pez is a graduate of Arizona State University.
