BIG Events, LLC is the brainchild of Michael A. Cerelli who has served the special events industry for 15 years. Mike previously served as President and CEO of Explosion Lighting and Draping Company, a theatrical lighting and technical production company he founded in 1990. Mike is proud of the numerous awards he has won throughout his career, especially the prestigious ISES Esprit Award for Technical Production Excellence for the Lighting Boat Parade on the Delaware River. Mike, also known as “Mr. BIG,” serves as Chief Executive Officer of BIG Events. Mike designs and produces the very best in Theatrical, Decorative and Special Effect Lighting, Audio, Video, Staging, Special Effects and Full Technical Production of Special Events of every kind. Clients have come to expect precision and distinction at every event. With all of the years of experience Mike has, his most powerful moment was lighting Air Force II for Vice President Dick Cheney during the many Republican Victory Rallies. Mike has served the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of International Special Events Society as President and Regional Vice President. Our Production Team thrives at bringing each event to life. Once all of the paperwork is complete, it is the Production team who will translate those designs into reality. They love what they do and it shows in every event. |
