Events is a full service special event design and production company.
In addition to design, coordination and event management, we provide
lighting and event production elements for Special Events, Corporate
Events, Weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Fashion Shows, Fund Raisers,
Anniversary Parties, Birthday Parties, Holiday Parties, Galas and
more.
LIGHTING
Lighting is the key element to any event, whether corporate meeting,
social function or technical production. The right amount of lighting
and the style of lighting are critical to achieving the exact outcome.
BIG Events specializes in the design and implementation of a variety
of different lighting effects from elegantly decorative to technically
extraordinary. We have state of the art automated/intelligent lighting
fixtures such as High End and Martin, both wash and spot fixtures.
We provide decorative, corporate, and theatrical lighting effects
through the use of pinbeam spotlighting, color washes, stage washes
and spotlights, gobo projections, uplighting, tent lighting and
architectural and landscape lighting.
We
provide additional lighting effects that include gorgeous brass
or crystal chandeliers, illuminated Japanese Lanterns and twinkling
swags of b-lites.
AUDIO
VISUAL
BIG Events supplies a wide range of audio visual equipment for meetings,
commencements and special events. Whether a group of 50 or 5000,
whether working in Museums, hotels or tents, we provide excellence
in sound and video. We also feature plasma screens and video walls.

PRODUCTION

DRAPING
Draping is a great way to enhance any event. Draping can cover unsightly
areas, change the color palette of an event space, stand as a backdrop
to a stage or head table, or create stage wings to a concert or
fashion show. Our
drape is available in a variety of colors and fabrics and extends
to up to twenty feet in height. We also feature full color hand
painted or screen printed backdrops up to 20’ high and up
to 40’ wide.
FABRIC
DECOR
BIG Events is the leading expert in the Greater Philadelphia area
when it comes to ceiling liners and fabric décor. Tent liners
and swags of fabric are one of our many specialties. Valences, elegantly
concealing side poles and center poles of tents, just name a few
of the areas that can be beautifully impacted. Spandex forms stretched
throughout an event space creates a modern artistic atmosphere.
Unlimited colors and fabrics make this a unique element. Whether
in a tent, behind a stage, or a ballroom, fabric décor adds
a whole new dimension to your event.
PROPS
Theme parties are us! Our warehouse is full of ideas. Greek and
Roman Statuary, Mahogany and Faux Marble Columns, Mahogany Bars,
Illuminated Plexiglas tables and bars, Leather Furniture and decorative
urns and pedestals for showcasing the finest in floral design.

Our highest priority is to make each event a “One of a Kind”
event designed with the client’s own unique style and personality.
Our style is opulent, and bold. We pride ourselves using the highest
quality of flowers and view each arrangement as a piece of art,
perfectly blending colors and textures and natural materials. Our
in-house floral designers create masterpieces for wedding personals
and all kinds of special and corporate events. We also provide a
wide variety of foliage including large flowering plants and trees,
ficus trees, and assorted palm trees.
